Theresa is the lead clinical Supervisor at B.E.S.T. Consulting, Inc. She is responsible for supervising the design and implementation of over 30 programs for children diagnosed on the autism spectrum.

Mrs. Amador has worked in the field of applied behavior analysis for over 10 years. She is also a former behavior consultant from the Lovaas Institute. Theresa is knowledgeable in programming, goal development, social skills training and behavior management. She is able to work with a wide range of behavior excesses and skill levels for a variety of children and adults. In addition, she has presented at a variety of conferences and trainings on behavioral topics.
