Sergio E. Pinto, MBA, BCaBA, is President and co-founder of B.E.S.T. Consulting, Inc. and has over 15 years of experience conducting Behavior Analysis interventions. His interests include: autism intervention, parent training, Organizational Behavior Management, behavior-based safety, behavior systems analysis, performance management, and the dissemination of Behavior Analysis to the international community. He conducts trainings and workshop presentations (in both English and Spanish) at state and national behavior conferences.

Sergio has extensive experience developing collaborative solutions in educational environments. He also consults with organizations on applying behavioral technology to create employee-driven safety, quality and performance improvement efforts. Sergio started his behavior career working with Dr. Ivar Lovaas at the Lovaas Institute for Early Intervention (formally known as The UCLA Young Autism Project and Clinic for the Behavior Treatment of Children) where he worked as a one-to-one instructor, Senior Therapist, Workshop Consultant, Clinic Supervisor, and Site Administrator. Sergio completed his Master's in Business Administration at California State University, Sacramento. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from UCLA and is a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA).
