Back to Senior Behavior Therapists
Mary has been with B.E.S.T. since 2004. She has a bachelors in psychology, is a Board Certfiied Associate Behavior Analyst and has a certification in applied behavior analysis from California State University, Sacramento. She values staying up to date with the latest findings in research and attends professional conferences at both the regional and national levels. As Training and Services Coordinator, Mary conducts and evaluates training for new staff, Senior Behavior Therapists and Classroom Aides. She is also responsible for conducting weekly internal SBT meetings. In the future, Mary plans to assist in the development and improvement of systems to assist with employee satisfaction levels within organizations. Mary has volunteered her time to organizations such as, The Society for the Blind, Youth softball, Meals on Wheels, Pleasant Hill Recreation center and "Saferides". She is a member of the International Organization for Applied Behavior Analysis and the Sacramento Boston Terriers Social Club. Mary also enjoys drawing and painting in her free time. Some of her other interests include: water and snow skiing, tennis, softball, yoga and spending time with her dog Rocco, friends and family. |
