Kristy holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology and is Certified in Applied Behavior Analysis through California State University, Sacramento. She has worked in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis for 5 years, beginning as a respite provider and has been with B.E.S.T. since 2004.

Kristy is currently pursuing her goal of obtaining a Ph. D. in Clinical Psychology while maintaining memberships to organizations such as, Psi Chi and Dog & Horse rescue. Some of her other interests include, horses and horse training, dogs and dog training, reading and learning new concepts.
