Kristy holds a bachelors degree in Psychology and is Certified in Applied Behavior Analysis through California State University, Sacramento. She has worked in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis for 7 years, beginning as a respite provider and has been with B.E.S.T. since 2004.

Kristy is currently pursuing her goal of obtaining a masters degree in Marital and Family Therapy while maintaining memberships to organizations such as, Psi Chi, A.L.L. Dog & Horse rescue, AAMFT (the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy) and Cal ABA. Some of her other interests include, horses and horse training, dogs and dog training, reading and learning new concepts.
